Some Items in Bank not in sticker book

Anyone else not get all their bank items in their sticker book? I checked randomly some, they were there, and then went on my decon frenzy. When I did this, I noticed stuff started appearing in the sticker book as I deconstructed it. So I THINK I didn't lose anything, because it got added as I deconstructed, but there are still a ton of things in my bank that are not in my sticker book collection. I opened a ticket but it's still in the generic check addons did you turn it on and off again phase so no info there yet. (Which I did - removed addons and nothing changed.) This happen to anyone else?

✭✭✭✭✭Only items that you cannot trade will count. That means they need to be bound, deconned, sold to an NPC, or destroyed.1 -

✭I think @nukk3r is probably on the money, but it's worth noting it won't work on bound crafted sets.
I know you deconned this stuff, but there'll also be a delay when selling to an NPC as it needs to clear the "buy back" page to be added (makes sense cus that could be a hell of an exploit).2 -

You can also fence it if you want the gold + sticker right away, since fences don’t have buy back windows. Riskier, but more immediate.1 -

Are they bound to your account? There should be an indication if they are.0 -
Jordan_Black✭✭✭✭OH I see now - I have not yet equipped the Mad Tinkerer's rings, therefore they weren't bound. I think this clears up my confusion - thanks peeps!2
