Suggestion for Dungeon Finder regarding Ignored Users List

If I report and or ignore someone for griefing, harassment or trolling I would expect to not get matched with them in the future. However it seems that is not the case as the Dungeon Finder does not prevent matchmaking between blocked users, forcing me to have to either deal with someone I already have a reason for having blocked or accept a 15 minute penalty for not wanting to be abused. This kind of defeats the purpose if the only thing ignoring a user does is blocks messaging, especially when having previously blocked a user for griefing mechanics to disrupt dungeon quest progress/runs only to be thrown into a dungeon with them again and again.

I understand that with the state the current Dungeon Finder is in that asking for additional features is pointless, however it would greatly improve the overall experience for users if they could play the game without being matched with others they have already ignored for one reason or another - even if it means slightly longer queue times.

    REALLY?!?!?

I thought (assumed) that ignoring someone would ensure you never group with them. This is how World of Warcraft does it, I just assumed (because it makes a ton of sense) that ESO did it as well.

    I guess I was wrong :(

I truly had expected this to be the default behavior of Matchmaking at this point as well, however I just learned the hard way that is not the case here when a user who intentionally disrupted the quest progression of a run I was in yesterday (forcing me to restart from 2/3 in) started to T-Bag me (go back to Halo 1 scrub) as I was showing a player where the quest start for the dungeon we were in was located. At this point I informed the other 2 players of why I was leaving, and left - I refuse to waste my time with toxic immaturity ^_^

This is so sad that 90% of good suggestions on the forums usually are "shot down" because the game is too bugged. It totally should work that way though.

Ya that sucks. I like fast runs as much as the next person, especially if I am farming elusive gear (how is it I never get the "popular set" drops?!?!), BUT if there are players in there doing quests, I will slow and wait so they can get the full experience and enjoy their quests/lore.

That is a bummer to know we still queue with /ignored. Almost seems to defeat the purpose and in reality if that player that you get queued with finds out you /ignored them, be prepared to be turbo-trolled, lol.

A semi-positive note/outcome to the run I mentioned from today - the user who was trying to do the quest actually left the run immediately after I did, having ran into a similar issue with the same user within the past few days as well!
