Can't log in main character

I wanted to enter Forgotten Crypts public dungeon in Deshaan. The loading screen froze and than the game shuts down without error message. This happens everytime I try to login with my main character so I can't log in on that char anymore. Put in a ticket 16 hours ago but it's not even looked at. Can I get some help with this? (Ticket: 201026-005930)
