Missing armor/Not showing on character while playing

Hello, I'm a player who has been playing since the beta, and have thoroughly enjoyed the game since I first started playing. However, the past couple of days I have noticed an issue with one of my characters. My dragonknight while on the login screen shows all of his armor; shoulders, helm, and the rest of it. However while in game I only see his gloves, chest, pants and boots equipped on him, even though every gear slot has something equipped. One other thing I noticed too was that when I changed his gear, lets say his chest piece it failed to update graphically. Is this a well known issue that is being addressed, or could it be something on my end? By the way, he does happen to be an Imperial, so I don't know if that has an affect on anything either.

I look forward to hearing and seeing if this could be resolved, and if I'm the only person having the issue.

I'm also having his issue. My armor graphics in game won't change even if I take it off or replace it. It looks accurate in the login screen.

I just realized I had a disguise equipped. facepalm. I didn't even know that that was a thing. You may want to check for this as well.

I think you're right, I totally forgot to even check if it still was equipped.... Man do I feel stupid! Thanks for the reminder!
