Bright throat skin returning in November?

Just curious if anyone thinks bright throat skin will return in November. I’ve been waiting for this one to cycle back through and don’t want to spend my crown gems if there’s a good chance it’s coming next month.

✭✭✭✭✭The Bright-Throat skin can be found in the Xanmeer crown crates, which is the most likely place to get it from. They might sell the skin temporary at some point though because it do happen despite an object is in a crate. But that's most likely to happen during something like a Murkmire event.[Lie] Of course!
