Briarheart and Arms of Relequen are often mentioned. I also run Vicious Ophidian for the stamina regeneration. Currently, farming Tzogvin Set. There's plenty of choices, but most the times Relequen is said to be BiS.

You can also farm Arena weapons on normal mode, @delghinn_ESO ... to get you by until you get Trials gear.

The Maelstrom Bow is especially helpful for mid-tier content.

If you are under CP 160, don't bother farming anything. Just go with what you have, because once you hit CP 160 all of your current gear will be useless.

If you are CP 160, go run some normal trials and vet dungeons. Cloudrest will get you Relequen gear, which is nearly universal for stamina DPS group content. Body pieces are what you want for Relequen. The Craglorn 3 trials all drop Vicious Ophidian, a great stamina sustain set. Hel Ra drops Berserking Warrior (aka Advancing Yokeda), but you only want daggers, axes and jewelry for that (there is no bow). There is Lokkes out of Sunspire, but I find the non-perfect version to be underwhelming and its wholly dependent on getting synergies.

As for dungeon gear, Leviathan is super easy to farm out of COH 1 and 2. Its a middling set that you can get by with until you get the gear from trials. Tzvogins is a great set but a pain to farm out of Frostvault. You can do it on normal, but it drops less frequently than the other sets in there, especially weapons.

Some worthwhile overland sets include Briarheart (mentioned above) and Venomous Smite out of Western Skyrim. Can farm them or buy them from guild traders. Venomous will be cheaper, even though I think its a pretty solid, reliable DPS set.

Lastly, get Selene's out of Selene's Web. Easy vet dungeon, great monster helm. Preferably medium divines. Another decent helm is Stormfist from Tempest Island. About as easy as Selene's, does less damage but has better sustain. Velidreth and Maarselok are great stamina DPS helms, but much more difficult to get.

Out of all these sets, if you are going to be doing group content, Relequen body pieces are the most important to get

EDIT: Forgot two. Aegis Caller out of Unhallowed Grave. Less used set, but it does put out good DPS. Unleashed out of Castle Thorn is a newer set. Haven't had much experience with it, but hear its strong, especially since you are running a stamblade
