Pumpkin and guts from ESO+ Craftbag not seen by Witchmother

I have pumpkin and guts in my inventory after taking them from ESO+ Craftbag.
The death thing auto appeared -have done quest before -not sure why it even popped up to redo TBH
They remain greyed out on quest log.
Witch will not interract.
Would have tried going to her hovel to see if that triggered her, but it is not marked on the map.
