I have a lot of questions about ticket #201017-002554
I need a customer support staff member to reach out to me and be willing to answer a few questions and engage in dialogue concerning #201017-002554 for reasons that I cannot directly say on here. I have concerns about this issue and I feel that talking with a person would be best instead of through the support e-mail (which doesn't seem like it is personally written, but rather an automated response)
Would this be possible?
