I CONSTANTLY get this same issue either on /reloadui, entering a PvP location, or on loading in from the character select screen. In those instances, it appears to be a problem with latency causing a back-up of "messages"/data between my system and the ESO server, which suddenly reaches the server all at once and is then interpreted by the server as spam. It is absolutely infuriating. I never had this problem before the Imperial City Event this summer, and now I have characters that I can't even access because (for whatever reason) they are stuck behind a seemingly unbreakable Error 318 wall.

Has the sensitivity of the server "this is spam, kick it" auto detection been adjusted? I've been trying to get on to play for almost fifteen minutes, and every time I load in from character select, I'm immediately dropped from the server for spam.
