Try to calculate exactly how much 8 hours of ESO+ cost?

ghost_bg_ESO✭✭✭✭As we already know maintenance can be done separately for both servers. When it doesn't require download on client is even easier, when requires download it still can be done with login restriction for one of the servers if it is made in same day but not in same hour. If ZOS is working on this and if ZOS is willing to do it is something we don't know....1

Brockahly✭✭Trying being in +6 to +10, the NA servers update anywhere from 4-8pm pending on where you are, right in those time zones peak play time!2
