Kinda. Suddenly the audio will switch over to microphone and headset, even when my headset and mic aren't plugged in. The reverse also happens to me. What "fixed" it for me was going into System, then Devices, and changing the audio output to manual switching, rather than automatic. Haven't had issues since. If you're experiencing something different, than I'm sorry I don't know.

Clearing your local save data may help with your sound issue.
    1. From the PlayStation Dynamic Menu, navigate to Settings.
    2. Go to Application Saved Data.
    3. Click on Saved Data in System Storage
    4. Select "Delete"
    5. Select The Elder Scrolls Online.
    6. Place ticks next to ESO Save Data.
    7. Select [Delete] and then select [OK] to confirm your decision.

I'll have to try this too- I've been loosing my group audio after I fast travel to a location, so I hope this helps. I've also been experiencing an issue where if someone wants to group up with me & I'm not right in front of them-- they have to search our guild rooster, I'm shown as "Off line".

I'll see if this helps with that, too. Both of these issues have been going on for around a month now (I don't group up often!).
