No drops for Assassins League boots

I've purchased this game 5 plus yrs ago left after a couple yrs because of lag glitches toxic environment in pvp, need moderators
But too my problem came back in May started to work on my Grand Master crafter, had a master crafter from before but in trying to get the 50 complete motifs I noticed I was still missing the Assassins League Boots motif so I when back to Hrota Cave but never a boots drop, so started searching guild traders once searched every guild trader in Tamriel except the thieves den traders, no one has this motif for sale, searched for months, asked people in chat selling assassin's league motifs. Think there is a bug somewhere
