EHT: move saved selection to a different type of house.

Does anyone know if you can move a saved selection to a different house type. I've used EHT to copy exact layouts from friends to move to my houses before but now I want to set up a greenhouse in my moonsugar exactly like its set up in my antiquarian. I have the selection saved in the antiquarian and it shows up in the drop down seleciton box anytime im there. When i go to moon sugar the selection drop down box is blank.

    What I would do is export the selection into a text file. Then import the same file in the new house and do "paste from inventory".

    You will probably want to choose the paste in current location option, otherwise it will appear off in the distance somewhere as the absolute co-ords will be different.

    In the house that contains the original selection, copy that selection to the EHT clipboard.

    In the destination house open the clipboard and paste from inventory, or you can place the items anywhere in the destination house and past from housing items.

    You can also copy FX this way, just chose past from inventory in that case.

    It's funny i use copy and paste all the time while building just completely forgot about the import and export functions. At the time of writing this though i had already disassembled the original design, however I was able to still complete the build. I manually edited the lua files in my saved variables. It took a few tries and back ups but eventually i was able to copy all the correct text from the antiquarian house to the moonsugar meadow. After that when i logged in the original saved selection was now listed in moon sugar. Next time i know better and now the much simpler option of copy and paste. ;)

    I am happy that you were able to recover the build in that manner at least. Hopefully this method will make it easier for the next time as you mentioned as well. Cheers!
