No chance. Vamps are Magicka based. ZOS only ever swings into OP side with Stamina specs. At least in PvP.
    PC - EU:
    Falathren Noctis - AD MagNecro
    Falathren - AD StamSorc
    Falathren Eryndaer - AD StamDen
    Falathren Irimion - AD MagPlar
    Talagan Falathren - AD StamDK
    Falathren Infernis - AD MagDK
    Your-Ex - AD MagBlade

Тhis is purely tank build, and is not very effective
I main WW. Chudan is a waste as you are going over 40k resistances, you will be way better with Velideth or Kena to compensate the dmg loss.
Also the points in Health are not needed really when you go for Health Recovery build.
Every health recovery WW should run full WPD jewelry enchantments otherwise you wont kill even average patatos.
If it is for pure tankiness I can tank 3 times more people in my Human forms (Stamden and Magnecro).

Here is a true WW tank with less than 30k health from back in the days where Max CP was 630

Here is a true WW tank from recent patches with 38k health

Alessian is a good set. But I wouldn't say it's overpowered. If you take into account its set bonus can be reduced by Major Fracture and Breach - the health recovery bonus looks about on par with Beekeeper's to me. It's better for defensive set ups I'll admit. But not to the point I would call it overpowered. Maybe a slight nerf would be in order.

I tried Crimson out for a little bit. So I don't claim to be an expert on it. But honestly I wasn't all that impressed with it as a defensive tool. A 7kish Bleed/Heal every 8 seconds wasn't exactly awesome. I've fought some really good players who use it though. So I can't dispute it's effective in the right hands.

Also: standing around in Imperial City being invincible is relatively easy to do. And those players you were fighting in your video weren't the kind of players who excel at killing (and this isn't to take anything away from own individual skill as a player because you fight very well). I just didn't see them stun you then coordinate ultimate abilities/bursts and multiple ground effects on you all at once. And that's typically what the more skilled players on this game like to do in my experience.

I don't play as a werewolf so it's possible these sets become overpowered when a werewolf utilizes them. But I wouldn't say the sets themselves are. I also didn't see anything in your video that would automatically lead me believe your character was overpowered. What I saw was a skilled werewolf running circles around rocks to prevent uncoordinated players from being able to concentrate their attack.

Now if this was No CP then I would probably agree with you that werewolf is overpowered when compared to others. But if this was a CP campaign it seems in line with I've seen a lot of other builds be able to do and doesn't strike me as particularly overpowered. So whether or not this video is proof of Werewolf OPness - at least in my opinion - would hinge on what kind of campaign this video was taken in.
