I just killed a Cyrodil delve boss and got not AP buff. Is that a bug or did they remove it?

✭✭✭✭✭If you can't remember the unique boss name how can you be sure you killed a boss, @Almakor?
There are a lot of large-sized mobs running around ... including those pesky Bone Colossus.
Those won't give a buff.0 -
Inspiral808✭✭✭It's a bug, a significant amount of the time they just don't give the buff, even when you solo the boss.
