Target out of range bug

Is it just me or does anyone else experience this bug in PvP also?
When trying to cast an ability targeted at an enemy player, the game notifies me in the top right corner of the screen that the 'target is out of range'.
I have had this with multiple abilities already, including Suprise Attack (Nightblade) and Ferocious Leap (Dragonknight ultimate).
EDIT: Maybe it is also worth mentioning that I am actually within range of the enemy player. The server seems to fail to notice this. Even when standing super close to the enemy (within melee range) these abilities simply do not work, remain greyed out and the game gives the 'target is out of range' notice.

✭✭✭✭Yeah it's positional desync, it's a huge annoying problem. I see it happen most often when I try to use Executioner in PvP.0
