I don’t know if this is PC-only. It’s only been happening since Monday’s maintenance.
When I’m fighting an enemy, he/she/it becomes disconnected from its red outline. I can also see two of them occasionally, one of which may be tied to the red outline. When the enemy dies, it is similarly disconnected from its yellow ‘loot me’ outline.
Anyone else seeing this? Any plan to fix it?

Would you be able to post a screenshot showing the enemy and red outline disengaging?
Running a repair through the ESO launcher may help if this issue is related to corrupted game files.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
