How can I create and use a pedestal as movable viewpoint for my character
I have seen the usage of a pedestal as movable viewpoint in a tutorial video, but could not find any description how to create and use this pedestal. Because I am not yet an experianced user with housing in ESO, I would appreciate a detailed beginner description.
