Much longer loading times since maintenance today

Hi,
I'm experiencing extremely noticeable delays in loading delves etc today.
I've powercycled my router.
I've checked that I've got the correct ports forwarded.
I've got ESO set to bypass my VPN but I also have whitelisted the EU server: 195.122.154.1
I've also ran an ipconfig flush/release/renew cycle.
My ping is steady and around what it usually is.
