Do Leads Expire?

Do leads expire? I found a number of leads for the Ebon Dwarven Mount; and quite a few appear to have disappeared. Or perhaps is this a known bug?

✭✭✭✭✭In the first week after Greymoor came out, I was finding Leads left and right, without even trying to, not even knowing which Leads were found by doing which activities or in which zones.
And then I've been taking my sweet time leveling up my Antiquities skills, so I couldn't Scry for a lot of the Leads I found-- and still can't Scry for some of them-- hence all of the best Leads I'd found have long since vanished from my Journal. Oh, well.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -

He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis3 -

Yes it is a problem with the base game. Specifically one function. It returns 0 for a lot of leads. If you have never dug it up it will jump to 30 days after a day or two during daily quest reset time.
If you have alredy dug it up once before it will stay at 0.
As 0 was not very useful for sorting. I change it to 33d in my code.

Main benefit with Display Leads is that is list all available with location and do not show the training ones.Next update will have the timer functionality on leads similar to Display Leads.

As far as I know the only way to see if you have an lead is to visit zone.
You can get leads in dungeons or PvP where you are too busy to studying the text flying buy and these tend to be in other zones.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
