Witch's Festival starting 22nd?

Hey ZOS, why do ya gotta keep pushing back the Witch's Festival? The New Life Festival starts on the 17th right? Why not show us spooky boys and girls a little love and start our favorite holiday sooner? The day after Canadian Thanksgiving seems like a perfect date to me.

✭✭✭So my notes tell me that the Festival started, consecutively, on 13th, 20th, 18th, 24th and, finally, this year on 22th. Given that events start on Thursdays and public needs to breathe a bit after Lost Treasures there's not too many options.1
