I can't take the cyrodiil dailies.
I made already the welcome in cyrodiil quest but still can't take it.
I can't interact with the boards
I am not sure if it is a bug or if I do something wrong.

✭✭✭✭✭There is a bug that can do that. It happens when you miss the siege trainer or click to fast his menu. Go down to the siege training area and talk to the trainer again, he may or may not have a quest marker. Be sure to let him bla bla before continuing.1 -

That solved the problem.
It didn't show the quest marker anymore and even told me I finished the welcome in cyrodiil quest.
