House Guest - Future Planning - Specialty Quest Giving

Just an idea...
How about using the house guest as speciality quest givers. This would make the housing in the game more of a utility than just something contrived.
These special quest can be locked to only your own house guest just at your own house only. This would add to more emersion in game with a House Guest being telling tails about monster, areas and giving quest from your own home connecting themselves and the area to to relevant content

✭✭✭✭✭I LOVE the idea of having an NPC like Ahnassi (from the original Morrowind) as a houseguest!
Actually, a character like that would make sense as one you would earn in game by doing their quests and choosing appropriate options. 3 -

✭✭✭✭✭If I understand the suggestion correctly this will never ever happen. It seems that the OP is asking that for a houseguest sold in the crown store to offer a quest unique to that individual player.
That would lead to possibly thousands, and even hundreds of thousands of additional quests zos would have to build. Besides the facts it would be prohibitively expensive for obvious reasons, Zos does not have the manpower to create more quests than they do in several years merely for a single crown store item.2 -

The quest would be the same for any individual who purchased the house guest.
Quest us eclusive and can only be given by the house guest and nowhere else in game0 -
