Battlegrounds - Issue with name and blue blar

If we are 3 players in the team and 1 player join us later, i'm not able to see his name and blue bar. I don't know where the issue comes from.

Seen the same issue here. Started to wonder if there was something wrong in my end, maybe some addons or something, but this seems to happen often.

No hotfix, not even a planned fix, remember when we had bgs that couldnt fill teams for several months? cause I do, remember when there was no effort exerted towards balancing 22k dot aoe proc sets but oblivions foe is nerfed (rightfully so) the very next patch? I do.
