I don’t believe you can actually lock glyphs, as they’re a kind of consumable.

There was a toggle added recently to other crafting stations that allows you to hide items in your bank from the decon menu. I’m not sure whether that toggle is available for glyphs, but it could be worth checking.

The other thing is if they’re located on another toon. The station can only see that character’s inventory plus the bank (with the toggle on). If they somehow ended up on a different toon, they won’t show up at the station.

Items in storage chests and coffers never appear at the station at all either.

The glyphs were in the bank and literally vanished from my screen as I was selecting them to decon them at the enchanting station. I guess I need a clue as to where that toggle is because I must have clicked it accidentally but I looked and didn't see any option to toggle before posting the original message. If it exists I need a hint on where it could be on the screen.

I actually have never used the toggle (if it exists) at the enchanting station and usually use gamepad mode, so I’m not even sure where it would be exactly, sorry. I’ll be sure to check next time I’m in game.

Out of curiosity, are you on PC? I know on rare occasion some add-ons have not played nicely with the UI here and there.

In general, though, I find when deconning glyphs that the process has an extremely awkward delay, so I end up having to click on one glyph multiple times and then seeing multiple glyphs deconned in succession even when I feel like I didn’t click on them. It feels almost like severe server lag, except it always happens, even when other actions are fairly responsive. I usually end up deconning more than I intended because of that.

If you’re on PC and running Lazy Set Creator, I suppose it’s just possible that the add-on could be pulling the glyphs from your bank to apply to pieces you crafted using that add-on, if they’re still in your queue. Or perhaps Lazy Writ Creator is pulling one for the daily enchanting writ. That’s probably quite the long shot, though.
