Took My Crowns, Didn't Give Me the Crates

I just bought 4 crown crates on my EU toon Cinderlaine. It took the crowns but did not give me the crates. It was cycling after the purchase and I got DC'd. When I got back on the 1500 crowns were gone but I didn't have any crates.
