Disable sounds a character drives a mount

Vaitness
Vaitness
Soul Shriven
Add an option to disable sounds a character drives a mount. Maybe even it looks like a bug because every time when a mount jumps from every low hummock a character shouts: "hjo!"... after 5 seconds again: "hjo!" "hjo!" "hjo!". So annoying. Ingame settings allow to disable only all sound effects at once. Yesterday i have crossed some global locations by collecting skyshards and now i'm ready to remove the game to never hear this damned "HJO!" again.
The "hjo!" what i mean: https://youtu.be/MS5ay4zOP28
Thank you for attention

Do you keep tapping the sprint key? Your character shouldn’t be “hjoing” all the time. It does happen when you press the shift key to make your mount sprint, but if you hold the key down instead of keep pressing it, it should only do it the once.

Looking at your video, it is because you are sprinting as you fall off the rocks. Every time the mount falls the game has to reapply the sprint so you get the “hjo”. If you go down the rocks and don't sprint you won’t get the sound.

While using a controller, it’ll still make the sprint sound after hitting a minor bump, even if I’m holding down the sprint button and not retapping it.

Yeah, I added a bit to my post explaining that after a few mins (it took a while to get the video to play :( ).

It would be good to have an option to turn your character’s sounds off though, as they can get annoying.

Some mounts also have annoying sprint sounds. On my PC account, I don’t have a whole lot of mounts as it’s pretty new. I got a flame atronach kitty mount from the level up reward crate and am using that on a character because horse mounts are boring. But man the noise it makes when it starts sprinting (or is bumped) is getting reaaaaallly annoying.

That all happened back when they changed how mount speed worked a few months ago. It is very annoying how even the SLIGHTEST bumps in the road makes your character sound like Link.

*mounts* HYAAAAA! *bump* YAAAA! *slightly raised drop off* YAAAA! *falls off of stairwell* HYAAAAAAAAAA!

I don't mind the Hyaah! so much but with the Mind Shriven mount I always worry that other players can hear this otherwordly shrieking noise it makes when pressing shift too.
Made me switch to a dwemer mount in the end. Found their noises less annoying

Yes this is annoying. Perhaps they could give it a "cooldown" of sorts.

I'd like to know why I shout out every so often when I'm fishing. Fishing isn't that exciting.

It’s really not though, as has already been mentioned.

I was testing this earlier today, and it's definitely only when I'm sprinting.

I would like to mute all the sounds my character makes. It yells when hit, yells when it hits something, yells when breakfree, yells and yells and yells.

Yeah, just find it annoying. Sounds like it's coughing something up.
