Patch v2.09 downloading the whole game (91.9gigs)?
I just applied the latest patch and it only downloaded a 1gig update file for me. However, two of my guildies have a 91.9-gigabyte patch. That's practically the whole game!

If your guildmates are having issues with updating, they may need to delete the current update before restarting and re-attempting the update again.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
