I would like to purchase it. i know the game was on 50% sale. but i do have the base game. i just need the collectors upgrade ^^ would it be possible to maybe a bit earlier??

✭✭✭✭✭Elsweyr upgrade took way longer then summerset to show up so if the pattern continues, Greymoor upgrade will come out with expansion after next
seriously though, I would NOT expect it any time before Greymoor itself is available on crown store - aka once next expac is released.dirty worthless casual.
