ZOS please nerf health and health recovery stacking

I'm running stamDk with ~35k health and 3k recovery with malacath and i'm smacking the proc noobs left and right (1v1 and 1v2). Clearly this is not what you intended. Health and health recovery stacking is to powerfull and it breaks the fun for these people.
Please nerf it and get rid of your last few old timers that still play the game.

they nerf troll king but introduce simillar stupidity only behind pay wall ... Eternal Vigor... so stack healt recovery is still possible0 -

precambria✭✭✭✭✭Those builds are a response to the proc damage being like 30% more than what it should be, or it's just people who are smart enough to build for how bad they are.2 -
Sahidom✭✭✭✭When PVP first started out. The best stat to build into was all points into Health, up to the diminish returns on stats point than the remainder went into their primary offense pool. This was the norm., it shifted over the years but with the proc changes, it looks like its coming back strong.1

nckg84✭✭✭It all just comes down to really bad game design. You can't defend how stupid the current meta is. We adjust to counter but i'm afraid the plebs will start complaining soon and the devs will nerf this also. In turn probaly killing of the last bunch of pvp players that have been playing a long time.2
