I need some Basic info b4 hitting 50

Hey guys i have a few questions and i cant quite seem to find them on forums or google so hope u can help me. here goes

1. How does staminia effect weapon damage. does it go up 1 point per 10 for example?

2. Is everyone still stacking 49 points on health and enchanting for other stats or is that now obsolete?

3. What are dragon knights doing for stats out there? im finding it extremely difficult to assign attributes as i seem to use 3/4 magicka based abilities, so stack magicka, but then have trouble with wep dmg and abilities (i think) any tips for that?

4. are abilites like spiked armour worth it in the end? since by vet 10 u will have the armor softcap started with just armor

5. am i right in thinking the best endgame armor trait is infused and reinforced is useless?

6. stats like "dodge rating" and "fire resistance" are not shown ingame. does anyone know for example what 200 dodge rating = to be in % as well as % damage mitgated per 1000 fire resistance

7. Is there a list or does anyone know the exact number(or %) benefits of mundus stones? do they get better as you increase

8. Does the Divines trait on armor give a flat% increase? or (assuming the mundus stones increase stats by %) do they give a % of the %.
for example is it stone effect 2% crit chance + armor effect 5% mundus stone = 7% crit chance OR %2.1 crit

    Yes. When you reach soft cap it lower.

    2. Is everyone still stacking 49 points on health and enchanting for other stats or is that now obsolete?

    Still 49 in health and use enchants for the other stats. This will make switching gear much easier for different roles which is something you will do a lot of later.

    I would like to know this as well

    The 200 dodge rating translates to 20% and the fire resist is 25% I think. Basically the 1000 fire resist will bring you down to 25%, if you don't run as a dark elf for the trait then this is a must.

    I don't think I have ever seen the exact numbers of these. I guess with some testing with combat add ons it can be done but too much time for me to waste, maybe someone else will know.

    if your tanking spiked armor is not worth it. Ransack gets you to the highest effective level.
    Infused does seem to be the most effective armor trait. Although depending on what your doing divine could also be.

    when i reach the soft cap on armor spiked armor gives me 500 effective armor extra. Ransack 400. That 100 armor is negligible.
