Set items only count active items towards the set bonus, so it won't work while you're using another weapon if you don't have 3 pieces of armor.

And yes, that bonus affects all healing and stacks with all other health passives.

Hmm the bonus only needs 3 pieces of the armor right? ( Is it light armor?that site doesnt show,only shows me pic of the bow ) also it's maximum bonus from 3 pieces so i can use somethin else in the other slots right? I mean is there full armor pieces so i can use 3 of those instead of the bow?

This will be my build i think. And i hear the Pets have a nasty aggro habbit in public dungeons etc so i swap both pets for spammable 2 Heal spells (+the nice regen ring that works nicely with my vampire preset right?) OR just the damage exploding pet and leave the one that heals me when hp falls below 32 % . (When dungeon-in with party or PvP campaigns)
