Has any endgame player used blood for blood since the nerf?

Legitimately curious if this skill is being used by players for non-roleplay reasons. Vet maelstrom arena? Vet trials? Hardmode dlc dungeons? Please let me know when and where I would be expected to use this skill that prevents outside healing.

Not really used in Maelstrom or new arena as limited to melee.

But could be used in both & dungeons as most just run 3dd anyway.

I've tried but it was necessary for me to use offensive heals like Burning Embers to not kill myself. In the end I switched to Arterial Burst since I was missing out on several buffs from healers and Arterial Burst dealt more damage at max health.

For Mag DKs? Not in trials. Healers hated it when it was actually a useful spammable. The whip is better.

No, most guilds I know actually banned this in vet trials. BfB and blood frenzy.

Never bothered using it even when it was meta. Saw the writing on the wall when every build guide recommended BFB and decided to not go down that road.
