Per blue box probably, I can’t recall having more than 1, but you can drop the whole motif in purple boxes if you farm enough so it’s not an issue atm while event is on

I have six characters and for some reason one of them have so much more luck for Greymoor motifs I had twice on this char double drop - one page in one violet box, another right in second one. So it looks like there is no cooldown - there is just RNG and they are quite rare.

I asked only about blue boxes. It is obvious you can get additional pages from purple and gold boxes.

I got 2 Blackreach Vanguard Belts on the same character two days ago (and worse luck) another yesterday all in loot boxes.
