Hello everyone. I am opening this thread in order to check with the rest of community if someone is having this particular issue as well. I chose not to submit a support ticket yet, until I make sure that there aren't any alternative ways of solving this problem. This problem is quite peculiar and I think that no one encountered it yet, but if I am wrong I apologize because I personally didn't find a similar discussion before.
This issue started only a few days ago, approximately when the Lost Treasures event started. When I launch the game from launcher, I am met with blank black screen. I hear the intro music playing in the background but the introductory credits never roll and it is just stuck like that. Several times it happened that I could get past this black screen and log into the game normally but this blank black screen is starting to happen more and more often.
