It seems ZOS are now taking your money and not delivering the crowns.

Can we have some confirmation as to when these transactions will be honoured?

Hey they're also taking away our (aoe) skills and not delivering any alternatives. This is just the next step.

This happened to me last summer, too. It was during a sale. The money was withdrawn from Paypal, but I never got the crowns. It took them six weeks to settle the issue. After too many "this might take up to three days" messages it was eventually escalated to someone who actually read a message. I got the money back, not the discounted crowns I wanted.

This happened to me this morning, I bought the crowns because I want that doeskin outfit, it charged my paypal, but no crowns. They better honor that sale for me..

Just checking but was your Paypal linked to a credit/debit card or directly to your bank account? When its just linked to your bank it can take a few days for the purchase to get processed since it takes a few days for ZOS to get the money.

If its linked to a credit/debit card they should get the payment instantly, if you haven't gotten your crowns in that case your only option is to keep replying to your support tickets till you manage to get an actual person to read your ticket.

First off submit a ticket, sec5 small claims court would cost you more then what you spent. I had this issue and they resolved it in a day

Yes, the issue is largely resolved now (they have provided some of the crowns and the investigation is ongoing....)
