Population still seems to be calculated incorrectly even after IC removal.
Could you please look again to check the bars reflect active player numbers in the game?
Zone is 'looking' for people to attack/defend when perhaps only 20 people are on, in spite of the system telling us otherwise.

I'm quite frankly tired of the ambiguous population bars. Just show us the actual numbers of players on the dang server - on our alliance at the very least.2
