Let me set the size of my stat bars

Currently on console the size of your stat bars are determined purely on the food you are using, not the size of your stat bars. When using a food like lava foot or ghastly eyeball the size if your health bar becomes annoyingly small with no way to change it and once hit with the debuff minor mangle your bar is so small it’s difficult to actually see. When using tri stat food it will only increase the size of your health bar and is hard to accurately guise the amount of stam/mag in detail. Please give us the option to set the size of our bars to how we prefer and stop minor mangle from actually decreasing the size of your health bar.

Tri stat food increases the size of all of my bars.

Idk what's going on with yours. EDIT: apparently it's a bug with the gold food specifically!

They recently added UI scaling to the options. I forget which menu it's under exactly, but I tooled with it and it works exactly the way you would expect by increasing or decreasing the size of everything globally. You may end up with silly huge menus but you could play with it and see if that helps your bars.

Also, do you have resource numbers on? That may help.

Bars are still bugged since ... idk long time. They are gaining size after eating food, and go back to normal after the first loading screen. It's one of those litle things that ZOS doesn't seem bother thinking of.

Its a gold food bug.
On console for example if you eat a sugar skulls all your bars will be the normal buffed length, however if you get hit with a loading screen, or a few debuffs both your stam and mag bar length go back to unbuffed length.
This can be fixed by eating another sugar skulls and it will display the buffed length again, however that is an expensive fix.
It is only a display bug your stat values remain the same.
However you can work around it.
Eat your gold food after zoning into the trial or area you plan to use it in.
On ps4 it is worth noting this is exclusively related to gold food.

Ye, the bug that Attribute bar size goes Back to "unbuffed" from certain foods is here since ages. Seems hard to fix.

But i would also like to set my bars on perma extended when i use Lava Soup or so to get a better feeling about my health. Sounds like an easy QoL change.

Oh, I see. I didn't realize that the gold food was bugged. I don't use it often enough that I noticed. How long has it been like that?
