I put in a ticket and they said that they are escalating it to a higher level but I have not heard from anyone for over a month and I have been charged again with no way to cancel the account.
This is not right!!! I need someone working on this issue. I have been patient but with no result!!!!
How can I talk to someone about this?
Do I need to call in some legal help?
This is being treated like a game issue when it is more than that!!!!
