Chapter Items Not on EU?

I preordered the Greymoor collectors edition and just realized the collector items, like the mount and such, are only available on NA and not EU. Isn't it supposed to be on both? It's for the same account of course. I mean I know mounts you earn or buy regular are bound to the server but aren't the chapter collector items supposed to go to both?

I don't know specifically but generaly I understand anything you buy IN game is region specific..anything you buy out of the game is on both.

I.e. imperial DLC buy as a code, it's on both, in game purchase you get on one.

Thus depends if you bought it via store on logged into a region I think.

I ran a repair and that seems to have fixed it. I should have tried that first.
