Will ring of the pale order be worth it on pvp builds?

With battle spirit reducing damage and healing. Do you think it'll be worth running?

Nah, I don't see it replacing Malacath or Wild Hunt in PvP. Ring will be Bis though for Solo PvE. You could solo vet dlc dungeons, dsa and normal brp with ease.

Was my thought process after speaking to a buddy about it. Too bad, it could have totally changed the pvp meta with that ring alone.

Also, the rings heal isn't effected by battle spirit. It's just that in PvP, it's better to invest in health recovery rather then healing by doing damage, you're not Aatrox in LOL. You're usually fighting multiple players and it's hard to deal a lot of damage to multiple targets especially with high resistances, shields and 50% reduced damage in PvP. Hope that helped.

Well let me specify I'm a stamblade so I have much more control of when I am and am not in combat.

But I dunno. I feel it could still be used if you backbar a clever alchemist bow, just gotta decide on briarheart for more heals or nma on your front bar. But as everthing. It will require testing

I could still see it being of use to magblades, especially stealth magblades since so many are vamps which limits their ability to build into health recovery.

They already don't have the best healing and are still the only class in the game to lack for a burst heal, plus the ring fits the playstyle of magblades already since we're used to the whole "do damage to heal yourself" thing. When your class is already built around maintaining multiple underwhelming HoT's which are otherwise so inadequate on their own that using a resto staff is required to PvP, every little bit helps.

The question then becomes does it outweigh the usefulness of mythics like Malacath or Wild Hunt? I think the answer is still "it depends". Magblades build for extreme elusiveness would probably still favor Wild Hunt. Heavy Armor wearing dark cloak magblades would probably still gravitate towards Malacath. Somewhere in between there though I can still see a niche for it.

Maybe also could be useful in small man stamina groups. If for example you're a small enough group and no one has any cross-healing to offer then I could see it having usefulness.

Outside of really specific situations like that though I can't see why you'd choose it over another mythic and/or a traditional build.

this ring is perfect for fighting ballgroup of cowards - one or two aoe ~50k dps = 50000*0,15=7500*0,4=3000 healing/sec
