insane desyncs

Hopefully ZOS is already aware of this but some abilities are causing world-- historical desyncs.
Dragonleap in PvP now desyncs my character for up to 15 seconds. By "desync" I mean you are running around on your own screen (client side) but none of your abilities work, you can't switch bars. Then after 10-15 seconds you are pulled back to where the leap landed. Of course you then die
A friend was using a charge ability and was desynced for about 3 minutes-- it was completely broken

4 GOs, and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP over the last 8 years
