One I can think of but he was a Templar for the three (aka a Buoyant Armiger), and his name was Galur Rithari.
He was the one who managed to cure himself of vampirisim before the events of TES 3: Morrowind and you can actually meet him as a vampire in ESO at Ashalmawia in Vvardenfell at the top overlook of the giant room with the spiral pathway that leads down. He has unique dialog if you are a vampire.

So its not like Stendarr grants them this ability directly. They likely just learn it from teachers and stuff spell tomes in a more specialized manner. Because there have been teachers and stuff possibly outside the the holy orders of Stendarr that came up with it. Templar magic has been learned by common folks including vampires too that might utilize it.
Vampires can be Templars, or use Templar magic just fine. People might think because they are dark or maybe unholy, the power to use holy stuff with them is stupid. Fact of it is, a vampires mist form, or vampiric drain uses the same energy to upkeep that magic, as the templar who draws upon the same energy. Because of this anyone using magic powered by energy from Aetherius, draws that energy which comes from the sun and the stars. Vampires have a unique more potent potential for magical use then normal people in some strains. This could attribute to their sunlight weakness.
In TES dark can be good and light can be evil, its not dark is evil and light is good. Its a reality that is more greyish and not black and white. So you can have examples of vampires being good aligned and priests of the divines being down right evil and using divine inspired magic.
So the misconception that they might actually be opposed because , vampires tend to be more dark but the powers of the templar seem or look more holy and good. When in reality its all just magic and magic can be shaped into anything for those that know how to do so.

Thank you mate. I am just starting to get more into the lore side of this game. Lol...(embarrassing) I have played the game since launch and have been heavly inolved in theory crafting and builds. But, now that I am making lore characters and theorycrafting builds based on the actual chatacter and combat style, I am finally becoming more and more interested in character lore and TES lore in general.
Im finding it quite fascinating and I have to say its really pulling me in.
Thank you for the information. Keep it coming guys gals if you have it. Im really enjoying a different level of this game. I had no idea.
