Torug's Pact changed ?

So I go to craft some gear for my magicka based new character, head off to the usual Julianos - Magnus - Torugs pact (since 2 rings = extra spell damage)
And I find out they Changed Torug's pact to a stamina set? 2 adds armor, 3 adds health, 4 adds armor, 5 decreases weapon enchantment cool down
wtf? Was it so over powering that it had to be changed? Didn't see anything in patch notes about it.

✭✭For the OP, I would recommend trying Innate Axiom, Spell Parasite, or Stuhn's Favor.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yup. When I first started playing and found out how hard combat was with my ping, I changed up to a tanky setup with Torug's and Fort Brass.... easy to stay alive for however long it took to kill something!0 -

✭Mothers Sorrow, Torugs Pact, Iceheart combined using crystal blast was a great combo to solo worldbosses like Graveld or Queen of the reef in Summerset.
Except MS, each of them was nerved.
As a result, I no longer play on xbox EU, just some writs and filling up guildstore slots, as the gamer population decreased contantly. Worldbosses like mentioned above meanwhile became unplayable due to lack of players and due to such nerfs.
The result is an even increased exodus to the better populated NA server (that is so overcrowded now that it often crashes in solitude).

it had spell damage as an effect this was changed to health probably as most using it are tanks.How is it a stamina set?
And I get the two rings idea, uses it myself, Stuhn's Favor has spell damage as first effect and can be used.
its an skyrim set however, other option is max magic as first bonus.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -

JimmyJuJu✭✭✭✭It was changed to more of a tank set with Stonethorn. But the buff on the 5th piece makes it viable on any build - though maybe leaning a bit more towards magicka builds where you might rely more on the enchant for additional burst damage.0

i don't know world bosses that can't be soloed. Even dragons in Elsweyr are soloable.

Zero benefit for Magicka. One benefit for stam - Weapon.
Basically just a utility set, better for stam than magicka - whereas, it had been
2 - added spell damage
You could run a pair of 5 piece crafted sets on a magicka build and craft 2 rings for the extra spell damage.

Thechuckage✭✭✭✭✭Prob because its mostly used as a tank set. No weapon damage, but the faster and harder hitting enchants? Improved crusher procs. Wouldn't mind something other than armor, maybe extra healing received but whatcha gonna do?
