• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – January 21, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 15:00 UTC (10:00AM EST)

My snowmelt suite is no longer on my houses menu so i cannot port to it. Why?

Hello all, hope you are enjoying this amazing event ...i am.

I just noticed today that the inn room which i had bought back when i bought greymoor expansion is now not on my housing menu so i cannot port to it. I even went to the inn and walked into my snowmelt suite via the door just to make sure i still own it and yes i do.


I have no housing addon so i have no idea what has caused this.
Any help prior to me having to put in a ticket wiuld be great. Has this happened to you with any of the houses you purchased?

    I know it wasn't showing up on the map, but it was still showing up under the menus:

    Collections -> Housing -> Staple Homes

    I think that's where it's at.

    It a reported bug, since u26's 1st patch, and even then some had it totally missing but could enter via the door, others it did still show up in collections & could be used that way


    Admit to not trying either of the 2 housing/travel addons it run (still)

    As stated, it's a bug that they are aware of and working on.

    You can go to your Collections in-game, go to the Housing tab, find your house in the list, and port to it that way.
