Tried to submit a ticket and they want me to run Game Consultant - this just locks up immediately. It says 'version 1'

Any ideas please?

    To get your ticket started, you can upload a blank text file instead of the consultant report to start the ticket. Support will then be able to help with your issue and problem running the game consultant.
