Harrowstorm spawn times and is Black Morass glitched

As part of the event I'm trying to complete all Harrowstorms. I have to say the spawn times are too slow and the randomness a bit of a mess. For example, Hailstone popped about 5 times, Black Morass in comparison did not pop at all. In the same time frame Giants ran three times, Old Karth 3 times........ you get the idea. So, is Black Morass glitched, as I stand here for about an hour total today...........

So, yeah, I've been here since I wrote that post, watching the other two mentioned pop. If it's rng it's stupid. If it's bugged, fix it. There should be some consistency in the frequency like dolmens and geysers.Edited by Sirona_Starr on September 23, 2020 8:49PM0 -

✭✭✭✭✭On PC NA Black Morass is glitched. It's got the red storm cloud but the mobs won't spawn. Luckily, this is not preventing other Harrowstorms from starting.0 -

These are World Events, @Sirona_Starr ... not something you just check off your achievements list.
They are way better design than dolmens/geysers.
ZOS has been able to patch/hotfix bugs after Greymoor went live ... you'll have to just wait and be patient.
