Thought I lost bank slots/items due to heavy lag(don't panic if it happens to you)

Hey all, so logging into an alt by the bank today i experienced what I thought was another incident of losing bank slots/items.
I opened the bank ~1-2 minutes after logging in and my bank inventory space was showing 45/60 slots even though i had unlocked 70 so far. Also after trying to withdraw some items i noticed that my character's inventory was empty.
I briefly became pretty irate about it and was just about to log off and post an update about this bug recurring after the patch and after i had happily been reimbursed and re-bought bank slots.
Next thing I know...shazaam.... character inventory items appear and a few seconds later bank inventory updates to 70 slots.
So basically this was at least 2 min of lag before character and bank items/slots were updated.
If this happens to you, don't panic and wait a few minutes and report this lag as a bug.

wrlifeboil✭✭✭✭✭They still haven't replaced my bank slots yet. More than a week has passed.
Since the CS rep said the patch fixed the bank problem, I bought more slots. It'll be interesting if they'll ever give me back my original upgraded bank slots, gold and any items that had been in those slots.
I'm usually a patient guy but this with CS saying that I never played in early access (started playing March 30!) so I'm not eligible for the explorer's pack items just means ZOS CS shouldn't be given the benefit of the doubt.0 -

From what I've gathered, they aren't giving the slots back, but they are reimbursing us for the items/slots lost. My question is, is it really fixed? Someone from my guild said the issue has reemerged.

NO, i meant they aren't going to restore your slots they will give you gold for them and for your items and if you want specific items, they will give you those on a case by case basis.0
