Bought a house but will it stay account wide?

Hi all so i have a question.

I bought a house for like 3million gold some while ago. Its the daggerfall overlook.
I intend to delete the character i bought the house with.

What will happen to the house if i delete the character who bought it? Will it stay account wide so my other characters can use it?

Heres another scenario: What if i deleted all my characters will the house stay unlocked or will i have to buy it again?

Im confused...

Well gosh. I don't know. I've never done that sort of thing. Hope someone with more knowledge can help you out - though I *think* that since it's actually the account buying the house rather than the character, you are probably okay. But don't please take my word for it!

Yes, houses are account wide.

if you want to be on a safe side - travel into the house with a character you plan on keeping, before you delete the character you bought the house with.

Not truly account wide, but on all characters in the account on the given server.

Buying it in NA will not give it to you on EU, for example, but all characters on NA will have it.
