A simple way to boost performance?

So I read descriptions of the new sets being released with U28, and as usual was triggered hard by all the max stat (hp/mag/stam) bonuses on the arena weapons. I absolutely hate watching my max stats fluctuate when I bar swap.
But maybe this is an opportunity for ZOS. Why not make these max stat bonuses apply to your character at all times? Surely this could be done in a way that would reduce server calculations, considering that bar swap is a more common action than any other single ability in the game?

Boosting server performance by eliminating back bar setups?
That cuts a pretty wide swath across player flexibility in playstyles ... more than you might be thinking about at the moment, @Solariken.0 -

@Taleof2Cities I think you may misunderstand - it wouldn't eliminate backbar setups. I'm proposing only applying the max stat bonuses full-time.0
